Oh I had problems with it too But I figured it out. 1. Open windows movie maker 2. open a folder with your video then drag your video file to the field collections or sth, don't know what it's called in english version ^^' then drag your file to the "time line" (maybe its called differently, but it's under the collections field) 3. right click the video on the time line, choose effects, then there will be speed up 2x option, choose it 4. file -> save movie file (or ctrl+p) 5. you can also add music but i dont know how to change music yet, i always recorded my movies without music and then added it after speeding videos up.
i speed up my vids 4x, sometimes 6x and they look ok
Don't add music before speeding up, and after you have the video, drag the mp3 you want to use to the place where you keep fragments of the movie (collections?), then drag it to the movie timeline. Record without the music.
